In our company, we implement a team building strategy. We strive to create positive relations between employees, including on the line employer-employee. The best way to create effective communication and a cohesive team is through joint meetings.
Therefore, last Friday we decided to organize an office integration for our employees. We prepared many activities. One of the activities was the Marshmallow Challenge – a game of building the tallest noodle tower. The employees had only tape, a piece of string, scissors and, of course, marshmallow at their disposal.
As it turns out, the task was not so easy. The biggest difficulty was for the employees to maintain the tower. Anyway, the full focus on the faces and commitment of the teams speaks for itself! The integration program also included board games, puns and musical karaoke, among others.
Good atmosphere and smiles accompanied us until the very end! Because, as they say, successes should be celebrated. Now all of us charged with positive energy, we enter new projects. It was definitely a successful integration!
