In addition, our bonus system is open and based on ratios and discretion according to position. Responsibilities are also described in Position Job Cards. Every quarter, we carry out an evaluation of the employee’s performance, as well as identify directions for improvement and development.
Once a year, we carry out an individual interview with each employee and jointly set goals for future periods. We regularly improve the knowledge of all employees through participation in internal and external training courses and workshops.
The basic salary depends on the position.
Bonuses can be awarded in various forms, including monthly bonuses for meeting specific goals, such as completing specific tasks, quarterly bonuses based on performance, such as from sales, and discretionary bonuses awarded for special achievements.

Interns gain valuable experience in one of Poland’s top IT resource management companies, working with both major global partners and key clients. Each apprentice receives full support from a mentor, who is usually the director of the department, as well as a complete position to carry out tasks. Apprenticeships can be completed with flexible hours, and participants receive references upon completion. The best apprentices also have the opportunity to start work on favorable terms.
