Responsibilities:
– Development of the eAuditor Compliance Manager product—from analyzing customer needs, through defining requirements, to implementing new features,
– developing the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities,
– analysis of requirements related to cybersecurity, auditing, and regulatory compliance, in particular NIS2, DORA, KSC, and ISO/IEC 27001,
– designing security policy frameworks, IT configuration management rules, compliance assessment and reporting mechanisms,
– Collaborating with the R&D team to define functional requirements, plan work, and implement subsequent product releases,
– analyzing the market, competition, and the needs of customers and business partners,
– collaborating with the sales, marketing, and implementation departments on product presentations, preparing product materials, and supporting sales processes,
– Monitoring product quality, collecting user feedback, and initiating improvements,
– Developing the integration of Compliance Manager with other modules of the eAuditor platform and identifying opportunities to use AI in the area of compliance analysis,
– product presentations, proposals, and sales.

Our requirements:
– a college degree; degrees in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or management are preferred,
– knowledge of NIS2, DORA, or KSC requirements, as well as ISO/IEC 27001,
– Interest in IT product development, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance issues,
– Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into specific product requirements,
– Ability to plan, set priorities, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously,
– independence, organization, reliability, and a goal-oriented mindset,
– strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams,
– openness to professional development, acquiring knowledge, and learning about new technologies.
